Can I deposit Polymarket shares or tokens into PolyGun?

No. PolyGun does not support external deposits of market shares. All trades are executed directly through Polymarket via the bot.

I sent USDC but it’s not showing up. What should I do?

First, tap Refresh in the bot. If the balance still doesn’t update after a few minutes, confirm the transfer was sent to your PolyGun wallet address and that the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

What fees does PolyGun charge?

PolyGun applies a 1% fee per executed trade, in addition to Polymarket’s standard fees.

Does PolyGun support Market and Limit orders?

Yes. PolyGun supports both Market and Limit orders for buying and selling positions.

Why is my order asking for confirmation?

This depends on your Trading Mode:

• Cautious: Every order requires confirmation

• Standard: Orders above your set threshold require confirmation

• Expert: Orders execute instantly with no confirmation

The default is Standard, but this can be adjusted anytime in the bot settings.

What is the Trading Threshold?

The threshold is the dollar amount where PolyGun asks for confirmation in Standard Mode. The default is $100, but this can be adjusted anytime in the bot settings.

Why did my trade fail?

Common reasons include:

• Insufficient balance

• Price moved beyond acceptable range

• Market liquidity changed

• Network congestion

Refreshing and retrying usually resolves it.

Why does my PnL look different than expected?

PnL is calculated based on:

• Average entry price

• Current market price

• Fees incurred

PnL updates when you refresh or after trades complete.

I can’t see my position. Where did it go?

Check your Closed positions filter. Settled or sold positions are moved out of Open Positions automatically.

Can I export my wallet from PolyGun?

Yes. You can export your private key from Settings → Wallet Security.

⚠️ Once exported, wallet security becomes your responsibility.

Does PolyGun hold my funds?

PolyGun creates a safe wallet for you, but you retain full control. Funds are not custodied by PolyGun.

How do referrals work?

Earn trading fee rewards when users you refer trade on PolyGun. Earnings are tracked automatically and paid directly to your PolyGun wallet.
